Headache often attack anyone without knowing the time. Sometimes you felt it when you woke up from your sleep, or when you got up from your seat, or even when you are doing nothing. Headache is a terrible disruption that will affect to the performance of yours.
Headache is divided by two types. The first is primer headache, included migraine. The last is secondary headache. This type may be caused by a process in your brain which is related to tumor, hemorrhage, and else. The reason why you get one is various. Possibly from eat the wrong food, such as those which contain MSG, skipping meal especially breakfast, thinking too much, stressed out, too long to be in front of a computer, feeling tired on eyes, trouble with teeth, allergic, respiratory disturbance, an effect by a trauma or even after give birth. The only way for you to know what makes you feel the pain on your head is to go to the doctor.
But, there are several clues that might help you in assuming the reason of your pain:
- If you feel it often in the morning, maybe you have hypertension
- If the pain is felt together with another pain near the eyes or teeth, you might have infection.
- If you are dizzy and sick on the eyes, sometimes accompanied by nausea most likely you are experiencing tension headaches. try to relax, and rest. drink a warm beverage like green tea will reduce the symptoms. if more severe,take headache pill in your medicine box or visit your doctor.
- If you feel throbbing headaches accompanied by blurred vision (aura) that are most likely migraine.
- If it is coming hard and unexpectedly, be careful, maybe there is a ruptured artery. Or maybe it is a signal to tumor or stroke
Don’t worry much and don’t think negative before you consult to your doctor. These below will help you to reduce your chance on suffering headache.
- Always watch your meals. Have a good menu and don’t ever plan to skip your eating schedule
- Too much heat from sun shine will make your head sick
- Avoid foods that trigger the headache. If you feel the pain after you drink a cup of coffee then be careful on consuming it
- Don’t forget to have enough drink each day
- Have some sport. Don’t be lazy to move yourself and get your body exercised
